Training

Rather than relying on generic, off-the-shelf content, each program is tailored to the organization’s people, processes, and real-world challenges, giving participants practical tools they can immediately apply to improve performance and drive sustainable results.

ForgePoint training is designed to be interactive, engaging, and application-focused, not simply lecture-based. Programs incorporate hands-on games, reflection exercises, group activities, team discussions, case studies, and real-world application exercises that reinforce key concepts and encourage active participation. Customized participant guidebooks and training materials are developed to support each program, giving participants practical tools, exercises, and resources they can reference and apply long after the training is complete.

Master Minds

ForgePoint provides strategic planning and transformation support to help organizations translate vision and business objectives into clear, executable plans. This includes developing transformation roadmaps, Hoshin Kanri and strategy deployment processes, Obeya rooms, performance metrics, and structured action plans that align priorities across the organization. The focus is on connecting strategy to daily execution, establishing clear ownership and accountability, and creating a management system that enables leaders to track progress, remove barriers, and sustain transformation.

Workshop Facilitation

ForgePoint provides comprehensive Lean assessments designed to identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, flow, productivity, and overall operational performance. Assessments combine on-site observations, process reviews, and interviews with leaders and employees to develop a clear picture of current-state performance and organizational challenges. Findings are then synthesized into an executive report-out highlighting key gaps, improvement opportunities, priorities, and recommended actions to provide leadership with a practical roadmap for improvement.

Lean Assessments

ForgePoint provides one-on-one leadership coaching focused on helping leaders grow personally and professionally, strengthen their influence, and increase their effectiveness. Coaching is tailored to each leader’s individual goals and challenges, with an emphasis on personal growth, leadership effectiveness, communication, accountability, and influence, while also providing practical support for leaders responsible for implementing Lean principles, leading change, and driving operational improvement.

Leadership Coaching

Forgepoint provides professional workshop facilitation services using proven Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies to help organizations solve complex problems, eliminate waste, and improve safety, quality, and flow. These engagements can be conducted in person, virtually, or through a hybrid approach, depending on the needs of the client and the geographic distribution of participants. Most facilitation engagements follow a structured four-week preparation cycle to ensure the workshop is focused and productive. Week one begins with project scoping and charter development to define the problem, objectives, and expected outcomes. Week two is dedicated to prework and data collection, including process mapping, stakeholder interviews, and gathering relevant performance metrics. During week three, the data is analyzed to identify root causes, establish baselines, and prepare for the event. Week four consists of the Kaizen workshop event, where cross-functional teams use Lean Six Sigma tools to develop solutions and action plans. Following the workshop, ForgePoint provides implementation support and follow-up to ensure actions are completed, results are sustained, and measurable improvements are achieved.

ForgePoint facilitates transformational mastermind groups designed to help individuals grow in leadership, faith, and personal development through structured discussion, reflection, and accountability. These groups are offered in both faith-based and leadership-focused formats. Faith-based mastermind groups draw on resources such as Wild at Heart and other works by John Eldredge, emphasizing Christian discipleship, biblical manhood, and spiritual formation. Leadership-focused mastermind groups are built around proven resources from John C. Maxwell, including The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth, Everyone Communicates, Few Connect, and Leadership Gold. Each mastermind group provides participants with a supportive environment to learn key principles, share insights, and apply practical actions between sessions. A core part of ForgePoint’s mission is to always offer at least one free mastermind group for beginners who want to explore personal growth and leadership development. In addition, ForgePoint offers premium mastermind groups for individuals who are committed to accelerating their growth and are serious about taking their leadership, influence, and personal development to the next level.
