Coursework

Over sixteen hours, this interactive Lean Leadership training blends concise teaching with personal reflection, group activities, and role playing, to turn ideas into action. You'll move through eight tightly connected modules. Lean Leadership, Lean Thinking and Operational Excellence, Communication, Accountability & Standardization, The Lean Operating System, creating flow and daily execution, Strategic alignment, problem solving and sustaining a lean culture. Each session emphasizes hands-on tools leaders can immediately apply to improve safety, quality, and flow.

Practical Application

Candidates apply core methodologies like Leader Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, or PDCA in their daily operations to deliver measurable operational gains.

Evidence of successful implementation is submitted by participants withing 90 days of training completions. Documentation and artifacts will be reviewed by a program representative who will provide feedback and coaching for continual learning and improvments.
